The story behind
Method
Method was founded in 2016 by Master Sommelier Ian Cauble and winemaker Trevor Sheehan. Longtime friends, they bonded over their admiration for the classic wines of the world.
Inspired by their favorite Bordeaux, Ian and Trevor created Method to express the character of California Cabernet Sauvignon, bringing rich fruit and balanced oak together at exceptional value.
